How do you take your eggs Humpty Dumpty?

Scrambled, over-easy or sunny side up? A question East End Theatre will be able to answer at their 7th Annual Panto to be held at Orleans Theatre from Friday, December 12 to Sunday, December 14. Director Diane Barnett stated “Humpty Dumpty will be the last panto we perform at Orleans Theatre before moving into the Shenkman Theatre in 2009 and we wanted to put on a “smashing” show for our loyal audience”.

East End Theatre’s annual pantomime has become a family tradition in Orleans and is a welcome distraction from the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. “Pantomime brings a special magic to the theatre, the audience is encouraged to participate and to boo and cheer the characters as the story unfolds. The humour is for both adults and children and there is always a moral to the story” said Barnett.
