We are pleased to welcome you to The Meadows Golf and Country Club. The Meadows has been undergoing constant evolvement since its inception to the Ottawa Golf scene. The summer of 1997 marked the opening of our first 18 holes, practice range and Club House. The following summer, The Meadows again was celebrating a grand opening, that of its third nine. The arrival of the new millennium also brought with it the final stage of development, the grand opening of our fourth nine.

The completion of the four nines positions The Meadows as the largest, exclusively public golf facility in the region, bringing you the most golf per acre anywhere in Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec.

The Meadows was designed with variety and interchangeability in mind. The layout consists of four nine-hole courses, as opposed to two eighteen-hole courses. This feature allows us to combine the nines differently each day so that the golfer enjoys a little variety each visit.

Great care has been taken to accommodate all levels of golfers with four sets of tee decks ranging from 4,900 to 6,800 yards in length. Golfers will find the Graham Cooke layout non-repetitive, offering a numerous array of holes from 450-yard par fours to 100-yard par threes. Whether it is sand, water or trees, the variety of hazards will test all players.

The Meadows encourages the golfer to arrive early and enjoy a leisurely pre-game practice or warm-up session. The practice field allows the use of every club in the bag, providing realistic sized target greens and flags. Don't forget the short game: a 40-yard pitching, chipping and sand trap area is also provided. Putting can be practiced on any of the three practice putting greens.

The clubhouse is centrally located overlooking a pristine lake and the finishing greens of the South and West nines. A seating capacity of 400 allow The Meadows to make room for everyone. From large groups to small, the functionality of our banquet rooms allows us to custom fit a room for your group. After a hot day on the links, The Meadows also offers ample men and ladies lockers and showers to help cool off before your meal.
