Wreck MMA is excited to announce that our tenth event is scheduled for November 9th, 2012 at the Casino Lac-Leamy in Gatineau, Quebec. Presented by Giovanni's Restaurant, the event will be headlined by local star 'Relentless' Randy Turner who will defend his Wreck Bantamweight Title against The Ultimate Fighter veteran BJ Ferguson. Turner (6-2-0) comes into the fight following a five round war against Eric Perez at the last event. Ferguson (7-2-0) was a contestant on Season 14 of The Ultimate Fighter but lost his fight in the preliminary round to Canadian Roland Delorme.

Moody McCarthy is a word smith. (Or "wordsmith", if it's one word.) Anyway, he loves crafting jokes. Good thing he's a comic: he'd be an annoying surgeon. Ever since Moody began honing material in the 1900s people have predicted stardom for him. Well, those people have been debunked. But Moody kept honing (he's a honer) and became a superb stand-up comic.
Based out of New York, he's left crowds wanting more {Hey, is that an insult?} all over North America and even Asia. With his playful take on everything from the allure of women with raspy voices to the joys of crossing time zones, Moody is bankable in any venue. No gimmicks, just straight set-up & punch. Born and raised in Toronto, Dave Martin began comedy in 1996 and believes anything can be made funny. Dave performed at the Late Night Danger Zone at the Just For Laughs festival in Montreal. In 2001 Dave received his own hour-long stand-up comedy special for Comedy Now on CTV and The Comedy Network. In 2003 the National Film Board of Canada filmed a documentary on Toronto stand-up comics called "The Next Big Thing" which appeared on TV Ontario and The Biography Channel in The United States.
Dave has also had numerous appearances on Laugh Attack on XM Satellite Radio and C.B.C/ Sirius Satellite Radio. Most recently he made it to the Toronto finals of Last Comic Standing on NBC. Dave is a regular Yuk Yuk's performer from the East to the West Coast.
