Paul Myrehaug is a unique blend of small town party and hip urban style, a combination that has launched him into the national spotlight. His laid back brand of comedy is a hit from the Yukon to the Dominican Republic.
Now living in Toronto, Dave’s comedy style has been described as aggressive in-your-face funny. Dave has gained a following with his “no fear” approach on stage, with enthralling story telling, and has even produced his own series of comedy shows called the “We Ain’t Terrorists Comedy Tour”. He’s also performed all over Canada and the US; including all the top clubs in New York and LA.
As a poet and playwright, Richard won the 2006 Vancouver “Dead Poet Slam” and received many awards for productions of some of his more than twenty plays. He has three screenplays in development including “Jack Rabbit Parole”, “Last Laugh” and his latest about the adventures of a driver of escorts called “The Driver”. Richard’s solid hour of stand-up is peppered with hard hitting politics, insight into his own failings and struggles, clever takes on the smallest and most universal topics, and even some slam poetry.
