comedian and host Jon Dore spent three years co-hosting Rogers Television's
Daytime sharpening his skills to a fine point. For his work, creativity and
quick improv skills, he received the Impression Award for best on-air personality
in 2001. Many of Jon's hosting skills come from working as a stand-up on the
comedy club circuit in Canada. In 2003 Jon took part in the Homegrown Comedy
Competition at the Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal, and then returned to
the festival to host the competition for a second straight year.Jon is most recognized for his part on the hottest program on Canadian TV, CTV's Canadian Idol as the former wacky correspondent reporting on the pressures and excitement of the contest with his unique brand of humour.The biggest news to date for Jon, and much to the delight of his fans across the country, is that The Jon Dore Television Show can be seen on The Comedy Network.

Brian Lazanik has received invitations to perform his uniquely twisted brand
of stand-up comedy across Canada and around the world. His more notable television
appearances have included a Just For Laughs gala presentation on CBC, the festival’s
Christmas special and their feature presentation of “Just For Sports.”
He appeared on the Mike Bullard Show, had his own half-hour “Comedy Now”
special on CTV and was recognizable on NBC’s “Last Comic Standing".
Brian has also featured on the international showcase “The World Stands Up” for Paramount television in the UK and CBC radio’s “Accent on Toronto.” In addition to his Canadian festival appearances, Brian has also performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Edinburgh, Scotland and the Carling Weekend Reading Festival in Reading, England. Brian now divides his performance schedule between Canada, the United States, The United Kingdom and the Far East. He has also been honoured with a nomination for a Canadian Comedy Award.
