Quebec. The event “W1: INCEPTION” will mark
the unveiling of Canada’s newest MMA promotion
and is expected to make a huge splash on the Canadian
scene. In a fight, thirteen years in the making, CARLOS
‘THE RONIN’ NEWTON will be headlining the
event in his first fight on Canadian soil since 1996.

Terry
McGurrin is the only performer to have been nominated
for Canadian Comedy Awards in three separate categories:
Stand Up Comedy, Television Writing, and Television
Directing. He is also the first comedian to have taped
3 separate Comedy Now Specials for CTV and The Comedy
Network.
Terry
performs stand up comedy all over the world. He has
been everywhere from the deserts of the Middle East
to the Alert Station at the North Pole, performing in
every situation imaginable.
Wherever
he is and whomever he is standing in front of, he can
make them laugh. On top of his varied television credits,
Terry also has a long list of voice credits in the world
of animation including Little Bear, Medabots, Atomic
Betty, Pandalian, Wayside School and Totally Spies.
He is currently a writer and the voice of Jonesy on
the Teletoon network's award winning animation series
6Teen.

Born
in Montreal and raised in Santa Cruz California, Mike
Paterson is one of Montreal's most loved comedians.
A five-time Just For Laughs veteran he currently stars
as Mr. Gross on CBC's hot new kid's show "Surprise,
It's Edible Incredible". In his spare time, Mike
plays back-up vocals and keyboards in Never Surrender,
the greatest lip-sync band in the world.
A
staple on the comedy scene across Canada, Mike also
continues to pursue his acting career. After graduating
from the professional Theatre Program at Dawson College
in Montreal, Mike began writing and producing his own
theatre productions in Montreal and Toronto.
Recently,
Mike landed roles in a number of feature films that
shot in Montreal, including George Clooney's Confessions
of a Dangeruos Mind, Swindle, starring Tom Sizemore
and Sheryln Fenn. Additionally, Mike also appeared in
Abandon, directed by Academy Award Winner Stephen Gaghan
(Traffic, Syriana). Mike also appears in numerous television
and radio commercials.
