Since
his first appearance on a comedy stage in 2001, Stephen Patterson has developed
a reputation for being one of the brightest and funniest young comics in the
country. Noted for his clever, insightful material, and laid-back style, Steve
tears through the fabric of society with a razor-sharp wit and a natural on-stage
charm and sense of playfulness that makes him a hit wherever he performs.
Off-stage,
Steve has made multiple film and television appearances, and is a writer for
both “You Bet Your Ass” and “The Jon Dore Television Show”
on The Comedy Network.

When you're watching Sam Demaris, you never know what to expect. His performances
are very fast-paced, very high-energy and will often leave audiences wondering,
"did he just say what I think he said?" The answer is yes. Yes he
most certainly did. Even before deciding to explore his standup career, Sam
Demaris already knew he wanted to be a performer. At the age of 14, he was accepted
into Houston's High School for the Performing and Visual Arts and would later
go on to be a theatre major at the University of Houston. He dropped out, but
hey, he still went. He started his comedy career in Houston, Texas and in 2002,
he took home the gold in the Houston Laff Stop's "Houston's Funniest Person"
competition in which he beat out a total of 65 other comedic hopefuls. He had
only been doing comedy for one year at the time.
Since then, Sam has gone on to do countless gigs across the United States as
well as a two week tour of South Korea to perform for the United States Army.
A mind-blowing honor "you bet your ass I won't forget", he says. Sam
continues to tour the country, adding more shows, more cities, more memories
and most importantly, more satisfied audiences to his collection (not to mention
a whole lot of frequent flier miles). Check this guy out next time you get a
chance and when you do, buy the man a beer!

Kristeen von Hagen has been hailed as one of the Top 30 Power Women in
Canada by Elle Magazine alongside such entertainers as Avril Lavigne, Sarah
Polley, and Wrestling Diva Trish Stratus. She was the recipient of a Canadian
Comedy Award for Best Female Stand-up of 2002. She toured Western Canada with
Puppetry of the Penis; not as the main attraction, of course, but she was a
fantastic fluffer.
Kristeen
is one of the most polished and talented young comics on the comedy scene today.
She is a smart, sophisticated comedian with a contemporary twenty-something
point of view. Over the past number of years Kristeen has amassed many TV credits
and garnered much media attention.
