The Nation’s Capital’s most prolific hip-hop duo, deuce-DEUCE, consists of Aaron “Stripes” Exeter and Owen “Twellve” Charles. The two artists residing in Ottawa, Ontario have massive goals set for the future. With an authentic sound that can be defined as “timeless”, their music is primarily directed to adolescents, teenagers and young adults. However, their realistic portrayals of life can easily be related to by all ages. By developing a professional attitude towards their music careers, they are continually gaining major recognition across Canada.

Over the years they have performed at over 50 venues, opening for many of the industries elite artists including BET - 106 & Park’s DJ Enuff and Toronto’s Choclair. Furthermore, they have also lit up stages at the Juno Award’s official after party, Ottawa’s Import Night, and Hot89.9’s United Way charity benefit concert. They have also performed and won many competitions, done live shows at night clubs and many community events. Their faces have become familiar to the public due to the countless flyers, which they have appeared on. In the year 2000, they released a promotional compilation entitled “Woodvale - The P.J.’s”, along with other prospering local artists. The project sold out at various events as deuce-DEUCE appeared in Ottawa and Quebec newspapers.
