Brighton House is a unique Bed & Breakfast; two elegant
Edwardian "sister" houses sitting side by side
in the heart of Ottawa's prestigious "Glebe"
Community. We offer warm and friendly hospitality, a home
away from home for the traveller, whether here for business
or pleasure. Brighton House offers a warm and friendly
atmosphere, which is naturally enhanced by the Edwardian
architecture of the "twin-sister" houses.
All of the 6 rooms at Brighton House feature private
ensuite bathrooms, colour TVs and in-room telephones.
There is also a small office area where business travellers
can plug in their laptops to keep in touch with the
office (we can keep this a secret if you need a rest!)
The neighbourhood is nestled between the Rideau Canal
(the world's longest natural skating rink and the heart
of Winterlude) and Dow's Lake (heart of the annual Tulip
Festival). Ottawa has the most interconnected bike paths
of any city in North America and the major routes run
through the Glebe, the Canal paths being the most well
travelled leading cyclists, joggers and roller bladers
right through the beautiful Experimental Farm.
